Due to the historic nature of the building and the fragility of its artifacts and memorabilia, Engine House 25 and The Clemente Museum no longer host wedding ceremonies or receptions.

Engine House 25 is an immaculately restored firehouse built in 1896. The facility houses the Roberto Clemente Museum, Engine House 25 Winery, and the photo studio for Rieder Photography. It is a unique venue that perfectly combines artistry and local history.


The maximum capacity for a seated event at Engine House 25 Wine Cellar is 20 guests, or for a standing reception, the maximum is 40 guests.

BOOKING YOUR EVENT: To hold the date and book the event, we require a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental amount. Event details must be provided 14 days in advance, including a final attendee count. No refunds or edits can be made after this date. Once the deposit is received, the date will be held for your event. All events must end by 10:00 PM.

CHILDREN: Due to the historical nature of the building and our on-site winery, we do not allow children under the age of 18. Furthermore, Engine House 25 does not host children-related events, including, but not limited to, birthday parties, Bat and Bar Mitzvahs, Holy Communions, high school proms, graduations, dances, etc.

ALCOHOL: We have an exclusive agreement with Engine House 25 Wines, and the pricing information is listed below. The cost of wine service is based on the total number of guests. No outside alcohol is allowed on the premises, but there is an option to provide local craft beer from Hitchhiker Brewing or 11th Hour Brewing. Liquor is not allowed in the building under any circumstances

CATERING: Our list of preferred caterers is provided below. You can select a preferred caterer and contact them directly regarding the menu and budget. Please note that outside food is prohibited without approval and an additional $350 fee.

DECORATIONS: The Event Coordinator must approve any outside decorations in advance. Candles are permitted when in glass holders. Glitter, feathers, confetti, and rice are prohibited. 

SET UP AND CLEANING: Guests are permitted to set up one hour before the event and one hour after the event to complete the cleanup and load out. Our event coordinator will determine and coordinate set-up times based on the Clemente Museum's availability and other booked rentals and appointments. Additional charges may be assessed for early and/or special set-up requests.

Events held on holidays and weekends (Friday-Sunday) are subject to a 10% surcharge. Engine House 25 holiday weekends include bank holidays and Valentine’s Day.

Includes up to 4 red and 1 white wine in the wine cellar.

Includes up to 4 red and 1 white wine in the wine cellar and a selection of 2 local craft beers.

** Wine service is based on the total amount of guests attending and is not included in the rental

Bartender Fee: $110 required fee - A bartender is required for every 20 guests

Engine House 25 Wines partners with Hitchhiker Brewing and 11th Hour Brewing to provide local libations to complement our wine. Wholesale pricing and seasonal sections are based on availability and time of year.

Clemente Museum Tour - $21 per person

  • One of our tour guides can join your event to answer questions, provide tours, and share the history of the museum and building with your guests.

Tour by the Executive Director - $500

Custom Wine Label - $250 per design

Gift Wrapping/Gift Bag for wine bottles - $2.50 per bottle

There is a licensing fee of $500 for any live musical performances.

Excessive Cleaning Charge - $200.00

If more than usual cleaning is required to restore the rented location to pre-event conditions (for example: removal of boxes, floral arrangements, damage to the building, etc…)
